Where’s my order?
Contact customer service to track your order.
How long does standard shipping take?
Orders placed before 11am PST Monday-Friday will typically go out the same day. If an order is placed on the weekend or holiday it will ship the next available business day. Orders typically take 2-5 business days once processed.
Can I make adjustments/cancel to my order?
Unfortunately our system does not allow adjustments/cancellations to orders once placed. Please contact customer service for assistance.
I have a discount code; where do I enter it?
Discount codes can be entered in the check-out process.
Can I purchase a gift card?
We do not offer Gift Cards at this time. Please contact customer service for support.
How many times can I use my Industry Pro discount?
The Industry Pro discount is good for a one time purchase of full price items and a one-time purchase of sale items.
Can I make adjustments to my shipping address once placed?
Addresses cannot be adjusted once the order is placed. Please contact customer service for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Our return policy is 60 days, unworn, with tags.
How do I process a return?
Scroll to the bottom of the website and click on Shipping and Returns. If you need assistance, please contact customer service.
Do we provide a shipping label?
A shipping label will be generated at the end of the return process for you to print.
When can I expect a refund?
A refund will generate to your original form of payment once the return is received back into inventory at our warehouse.
Can I return a sale item?
All items purchased on sale are considered final sale.
If I order from a dealer, can I return to TOBE directly?
We only take returns and exchanges that were purchased directly from our website. If you purchase from a dealer, make sure to inquire about their specific return policy.
If an item is out of stock when will you replenish them?
Once an item sells out, we will not be replenishing inventory until the next season.
Alterations
Can I alter my gear?
Some gear might be able to be altered. We recommend you speak with our repair shop for more information. Please contact customer service.
Can I order a custom suit?
At this point, we are not able to do custom monosuits.
Can I get my gear embroidered?
We recommend reaching out to the repair shop. Contact customer service.
Do you offer repairs?
If it does not fall under our warranty, you can still get your suit repaired for a cost. We recommend talking with our repair shop prior to sending it in. Contact customer service.
Parts
Can I order replacement parts for my helmet?
We have a limited quantity of replacement visors. Contact Customer Service for more information. Breath boxes can be ordered online.
I need to replace the BOA cable on my boots.
BOA offers a lifetime warranty on their parts cables and dials. You can reach out to BOA directly here and they will send you a replacement kit. The cable length is located on the inside tongue of the boot under sizing.
